My favorite cookbook is a very well worn copy of Better Homes and Gardens "New Cook Book" circa 1981. My kids gave me this book for Christmas one year, trying to say they were getting tired of Hamburger helper and Dad's Surprise.
Since then I've taken some Fun-U cooking courses and expanded my horizons. I enjoy cooking for friends and family and do so as often as I can.
