Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 cup smoked chicken breast, shaved
  • 14 cup red onion, sliced, onion small
  • 13 cup celery, juliann sliced
  • 12 cup apple, sliced
  • 12 tablespoon butter


  1. take your slices of bread and lay them out.
  2. put the 1 table spoon of miracle whip on each slice.
  3. put the 1 slice of cheese on one slice of bread.
  4. put the 1 cup shaved chicken breast on top of the cheese.
  5. then put on the sliced red onion.
  6. on top of that put the juliann sliced celery.
  7. then put on the sliced apples.
  8. now put the other slice on top of the apples.
  9. finally butter each side sparingly then put it into the toaster oven or under a broiler and let brown to a golden hue.
