  1. Saute bacon until crisp & remove from pan. Crumble & set aside. Remove all but 1 T. of bacon fat from pan. Add onions to pan & saute until starting to turn golden.
  2. Add apples & garlic and saute 1 minute.
  3. Add sugar & vinegar & reduce heat.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes or until apples are crisp tender. Add bacon.
  5. Add seasonings & stir to combine.
