Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 3 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 6 bananas
  • miscellaneous diced fruit, whatever you like (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Put oats into bowl and pour apple juice over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The apple juice will have soaked into the oats, softening it.
  2. For each serving, peel one banana and mash it in the bottom of a cereal bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of the soaked oat mixture and stir well to combine.
  3. Top with diced fruit of your choice and enjoy.
