  • 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 3 cups unsweetened apple juice
  • 6 bananas
  • miscellaneous diced fruit, whatever you like (to garnish)

directions

  • Put oats into bowl and pour apple juice over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The apple juice will have soaked into the oats, softening it.
  • For each serving, peel one banana and mash it in the bottom of a cereal bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of the soaked oat mixture and stir well to combine.
  • Top with diced fruit of your choice and enjoy.
