Directions

  1. Arrange banana slices on a platter and freeze 40 minutes.
  2. Combine apples with remaining ingredients, except yogurt, in a non-reactive saucepan over medium high heat.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally.
  5. Simmer until apples have lost their texture.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve apples over frozen bananas and top with yogurt.
