  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 10" spring form pan.
  3. Mix sugars with oil with hand mixer.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in separate bowl and then incorporate into the egg mixture until well blended.
  6. Fold in Kaluha, apples and raisins.
  7. Pour into pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake emerges clean.
  8. Enjoy!
