ingredients
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- mix together white, brown sugar, and apples. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the cake shrinks from the sides of the pan.

Yum! I loved this cake! The top burned a bit, so I had to tent it with foil. I wasn't sure what size the apples should be, so I ended up slicing into small pieces. Thanks for sharing!
