Apple Cake

"This is another of my Mother's recipies. She made it often when we were growing up. I have also made it quite a bit. I love the texture the orange juice gives this cake, almost spongelike. Be sure to turn the cake out of the pan as soon as it comes out of the oven, it has a tendency to stick."
