I loved this salad and really enjoyed the dressing. It was quick and easy to make with terrific results, even the picky dh enjoyed this lovely treat. The sweet, salty, tangy flavor of the dressing permeated the salad instilling an excellent flavor. The sharp cheddar, crisp apples and candied pecans were the topping on the cake, taking it to another level. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe Lori Mama, that I will enjoy again and again. Made for Pac Spring Safari.
