Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Chill dressing at least 1 hour to blend flavours.
  3. Just before serving, combine apples, Colby cheese, celery and nuts in large bowl.
  4. Pour in dressing and toss lightly to combine.
  5. Spoon into lettuce-lined bowl and serve.
