  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Cook at medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Simmer until mixture thickens and mounds in spoon when stirred.
  • Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  • Yield: 4 half pints.
