Apple Cider Cake Donuts

"These are really a small bundt cake. Good for breakfast. Not sure where I got this recipe but I like them especially in the fall. I use a pan that has four bundt style molds."

  1. These are THE best. I grew up getting apple cider donuts straight from the orchards of upstate New York. I've lived in the west now for 30 years and I get homesick in the fall for orange and read leaves, apple picking and fresh cider and the cider donuts that go along with them. This recipe let's me re-create that experience, at least a little, The donuts are lighter, but the taste is there, and that's the important part. And now I have other displaced East Coasters clamoring for donuts each fall. Thanks for posting this.
