Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (17 1/3 ounce) can Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. Place biscuits 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, place pie filling in large bowl; mix well with pastry blender until no apple chunks remain.
  5. Spoon filling into cake decorator or pastry bag fitted with a large tip; set aside.
  6. In medium bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Dip hot biscuits in melted butter; turn over to coat both sides.
  8. After dipping in butter, add biscuits to sugar mixture. Turn over to coat both sides.
  9. Insert tip of decorator into sides of biscuits; squeeze small amount of filling into centers.
  10. Serve warm.
