Questions & Replies

 1. Thank you for your reply :) It looks like I tapped send 3 or 4 times, but didn't. It does take some effort to do a review. As a reader, I am encouraged when the recipe has a few good reviews.

 2. I just did a review ... and when tapping Submit, POOF! It disappeared! Previously on this website when doing a review, the program did let a person know it was sent and would be checked before being added to other reviews. It would be nice to get some sort of message confirming the review was appreciated or something. I haven't done a review in many months :/

 1. Easy and tasty treat! I cooked it in what I call a regular size cereal bowl. In my microwave it was done at 1 min 15 sec. I used whole wheat flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Also used the remainder of the applesauce from the single serving applesauce as a topping, along with a few slices of almonds on top. Delish!

 2. WOW this is a really good quick recipe. I have made this several times now and what a great fresh way to have a small portion of apple cake! I make exactly as directed and I use a chunky applesauce! Its great with a little ice cream or whip cream!! Thanks for the recipe!!

I love to cook and aspire to do it well.

I've only been cooking for a few years now, but there are already quite a few people whom I have surpassed. Interestingly enough, I tell people it's not necessarily that I'm a good cook per se, just that I know how to pick the right recipes. This is why I stick around here. :)

I am a recent college graduate with a finance degree. I currently work as an Excel VBA programmer. When I graduated from college, I had no idea this is where my career path would lead; but I think it's kind of fitting and a bit funny since I originally planned to major in computer science. Now, I get to use them both!
8755568"
