  5. Add the milk until a good batter is formed and whisk with a whisk until the mix is light and frothy,.
  6. Stir the apple mix to stop it burning, once the apple begins to soften turn the mix down a little but still hot.
  7. Ladle a ladle full of batter into the frying pan,
