Apple Cooler
"Found this in a Texas Highways cookbook.
I use Jumex brand of apricot nectar, which can be purchased in the Mexican aisle of just about any grocery store."

- 1 quart apple cider
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 6 limes, juice of
- club soda
- ice cube
directions
- Combine cider, nectar, and lime juice.
- Pour over ice into 6 tall glasses, dividing mixture equally.
- Fill the glasses with club soda.
