Ingredients Nutrition

  • Filling
  • 1 small apple, chopped in bite sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon splenda brown sugar
  • Topping
  • 1 ounce of quaker weight control oatmeal (1 packet, it's got 7grams of protein)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 14 teaspoon sugar free syrup (Torani)
  • 1 teaspoon smart balance butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients apple, cinnamon and splenda in an oven safe bowl.
  2. Mix together oatmeal, pecans, syrup and butter. The mixture will be crumbly, top the apple mixture with the oatmeal mixture, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve the apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla protein ice cream.
