Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, add apples and toss to coat.
  2. Place apples in a greased 8" square pan or a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter and place mixture over apples.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender and top is golden brown.
