Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened; 1/4 cup white sugar; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 6 ounces toffee pieces

"This is a great dip for sliced apples of any kind. The recipe uses the plain toffee bits but I accidently bought the kind with chocolate once and used them anyway and it was still really good."

ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¹⁄₄ cup white sugar
¹⁄₂ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces toffee pieces

directions

Mix with electric mixer until well blended.
Store in refrigerator.
Best if made the day before serving.
Set out to soften a little before serving.
Serve with apple slices.

Awesome stuff! I used the toffee bits with chocolate because I found some buried in the cupboard and had everything else on hand to make a half batch of this recipe. Lovely with some tart apples. Thanks for sharing!

OMG I would give this 10 stars if I could. This is just wonderful with apple slices. I think it would be great with other fruit too. I decreased the calorie count by using splenda sugars and it worked out great for us. Thanks so much for posting. I'll make this for my daughter's baby shower this month. Made for PAC Spring 2011. :)
