  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter or 1 cup almond butter
  • 12 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 13 cup water

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Alternatively, whisk together in sauce pan over low heat until very smooth and creamy.
  • May substitute pure maple syrup for agave nectar and maple extract.
