  • For the cream sauce, combine the first four ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • For the fritters, peel and core the apple using an apple corer.
  • Slice crosswise into 1/2 inch-thick rings.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip apple slices in egg and coat with coconut flakes.
  • Pan-fry in butter until golden brown on both side.
  • Arrange on a serving plate and serve warm with cream sauce.
