- 6 ounces cherry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup cold water
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 6 apples, peeled and shredded
directions
- Combine all indgredients, let set up in refridgerator.

This was actually really good! I used tropical flavored jello because the store was out of cherry. Good choice! I also don't own a shredder, so I just diced my apples very finely. My husband and I enjoyed this for our dessert last night and will make it again! Thanks! Super easy too :)
