  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat butter and sugar together until pale and creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after addition.
  4. Fold in flour and rolled oats. Add pecans and apple. Mix well.
  5. Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto paper-lined trays. Allow room for spreading.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
