  1. I have made these muffins several times. I keep thinking they sound good, but this recipe just isn't quite right. It tastes too much like baking soda.

  2. I like that these arent super sweet. I doubled the recipe, added more cinnamon than said but I like that cinnamon flavor to be strong. Then I added a bit of cinnamon sugar to the top to sparkle them up. They are great for the kids school lunches

  3. Really yummy. I didn't have any brown sugar, so I used white, and added a tablespoon of golden syrup when I melted the butter. I added half a teaspoon of vanilla essence. I also doubled the cinnamon, just cos I love it :-) Very yummy, and smelt great cooking.

  4. Delicious! These muffins have the most yummiest taste ever. I agree with the reviewer who said they tasted very 'homey' and the amount of spice was perfect. I used wholemeal flour, because I had ran out of normal flour, but I think it just enhanced the flavor, if anything. I also love the fact that they are healthy and have so little butter! So, definitely a good healthy choice for the family. I absolutely hate buying processed baking and these muffins were astounding! I made 12 muffins, and will definitely be making again! Thanks for the recipe!

  5. These are delicious, healthy, easy to make, and great for a quick snack. The spices give them a hearty, homey flavor, and I just loved them!
