Apple Nut Pudding

ingredients
- 3 firm red apples, unpeeled and chopped
- 2⁄3 cup walnuts or 2/3 cup pecans
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
directions
- Mix last 3 ingredients together without sifting.
- Add first 3 ingredients.
- Place in a small baking dish.
- Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
