  1. In a large bowl combine the first eight (8) ingredients.
  2. Combine dry ingredients; stir into fruit mixture.
  3. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
  6. Add sugar, milk and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Spread over cooled cake.
  8. Store in the refrigerator.
