Apple Pie Bread - Healthy

"This recipe came from a low-cal cook book. It surprisingly moist and flavorful! I have served it with a whipped cinnamon butter for those that aren't concerned with being healthy. I've also served it with light whipped cream as low-fat dessert. Try it!"

  1. this was quite good. I used 3 small apples instead of 2 - definite improvement. also I used whole wheat flour instead of regular white flour and it came out delish.

  2. I loved the texture! but it was sorta bland tasting. I even added more cinnamon. next time i will use more brown sugar and cinnamon. and maybe more apples.
