"apple Pie" Croissants (With Peanut Butter)

  • Cut Croissant in half & top with peanut butter (you can use more or less but I think I did right around a tbsp).
  • Cut apple slices as thin as possible and lay them across peanut butter croissant.
  • Top with thin pads of butter on top of the apple and sprinkle cinnamon sugar to taste (I just used a McCormick's cinnamon sugar grinder until it looked like enough).
  • Put Croissants in toaster oven for aprox 1 min or until butter is melted and the office/house smells like apple pie :).
