  1. This was really good. I think next time I will cook the apple and apple pie spice with the oatmeal and maybe not use quite as much brown sugar splenda. I don't like too much sweet early in the morning. The rest of the day anything sweet is fair game. Thanks for a great, healthy recipe xxciv.

  2. This was quite good. I used some overly ripe apples, so the apple flavoring really came through. The only thing I did differently was omit the salt (as we're trying to reduce sodium in our diet), but otherwise made as directed and it was delicious. Thanks xxciv. Made for Pick-A-Chef spring 2010.

  4. Yummy oatmeal! I made the microwave version and it couldn't be simpler. I used recipe #235526 for the apple pie spice and really enjoyed the whole dish. Thanks xxciv for a nice treat. Made for Chef Alphabet Soup Tag.

I am a mother to two, a wife to one, a college student, and a part-time employee at a retail clothing shop. I do not have a lot of time to spare. I like to cook, but I generally need dinners and lunches to come in under 30 minutes of cooking time.
