Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 large apples, cored and cut into 1/3 " thick slices
  • 34 cup raisins
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 13 cup apricot jam
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon allspice

Directions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large non-stick skiller.
  2. Add apple slices.
  3. Cook, tossing occasionally for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook and keep stirring for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, French toast or hot cereal.
