  1. Combine Bisquick, cinnamon, milk, and eggs in large bowl; beat only until smooth.
  2. Stir in rice and applesauce.
  3. Pour batter onto hot greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on top and underside is nicely browned.
  5. Turn and brown other side.
  6. Turn only once.
  7. Serve with butter and syrup.
