ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 inch) whole grain tortillas
- 1⁄2 cup chunky applesauce
- cinnamon (to taste)
directions
- Spread ricotta cheese in the middle of the whole grain tortilla.
- Top with applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Roll up.
- Place roll on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until tortilla is warm.
