Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 8" round baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Chop up your apples.
  4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl until fluffy.
  5. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk together.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 apples in bottom of pan.
  8. Pour over batter. It will be thick and you'll have to work it around the pan with a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle remaining apples on top and sort of press them down into batter.
  10. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
