  • 12 cup ice, crushed (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large green apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 ounces water

  • Put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  • If it is too thick, add more water and process until it is at the desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
