Apples Cheese Garlic Butter on Toast

"This is a wonderful flavor combination. Before you yell gross--try this. I was inspired from seeing something similar at a cafe, but this version is healthier. I also try to keep as much raw as possible, which is why I do not melt the cheese on top and leave the garlic raw for the most potential flavor and nutrients. This will make 4 lite quick servings or appetizers."

My friends told me to put my recipes on line. =) I have a passion about eating life-giving foods; and cook/eat whole and/or organic foods. Most of my recipes are gluten free / dairy & latose free (since I rarely eat those ingredients.) Diabetes can also eat most of my recipes. I hope you like some of them. Have an awesome day!
