This proved to be a nice meatloaf and one enjoyed. I used one pound of ground turkey (instead of two pounds) and the rest of the ingredients as stated. I made this early in the day and let it chill all day in the fridge to bake for dinner. Although very soft when first made, it firmed up nicely and was sliceable. The meatloaf has a sweet flavor and was lovely even in sandwiches the next day. I thought this would be wonderful as cocktail meatballs with a glaze. Definitely a do again recipe for my diners! Thank you for sharing the recipe!
