Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Beat flour, applesauce, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg until well combined.
  3. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
