- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 slices toast
- 8 slices apples
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
directions
- Mix peanut butter, butter and cinnamon.
- Spread on each piece toast and top with an apple slice.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place under broiler until bubbly, about 3 minutes.

WOW what a treat!! What a great combination with the peanut butter mixture topped with apples and brown sugar and cinnamon. Be careful when you take these out from the broiler as the brown sugar melts and does drips off as you eat. I'll be making these again, thank you for posting. Made for *Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup 2008* game

I have 3 sons, a cat & a dog. I was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Texas. I'm happy to say, I just recently moved back to my hometown after living away for over 20 years.
Some of my hobbies are taking photos of the local wildlife and scenery,beachcombing,studying the history of my island and my family genealogy, checking out the local art galleries and thrift shops and of course, cooking.
