"I got this recipe from my sisters MIL. I love the sweet tangy flavor from the apricots paired with the coconuts and nuts. They are wonderful and keep great in an airtight container. They freeze well to."

  • Mix margarine and sugar.
  • Add eggs and mix in dry ingredients.
  • Finally mix in coconut, nuts, and vanilla.
  • Grease a 9 by 13 pan.
  • Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of pan pressing down evenly.
  • Spread jam on top and crumble remaining mixture on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
