Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt, one pinch

Directions

  1. Beat the eggwhites and add gradually the sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix the yolks, oil, vanilla and salt.
  3. Incorporate the yolks mixture into the eggwhites spoon by spoon than add the flour. Do not overmix. Composition should be fluffy.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured baking tin.
  5. Add the washed and sliced apricots.
  6. Bake at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
