  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lightly grease pan.
  • Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a seperate bowl mix jar of apricot preserves and packet of Lipton french onion soup mix.
  • Pour mixture on to chicken and spread evenly over thighs.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done, spoon sauce over chicken a couple times during baking.
