  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 cup dried apricot, soaked and drained
  • 13 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • whipped cream
  • cinnamon or almond extract

directions

  • Blend first 4 ingredients unril smooth.
  • Pour into oiled or buttere custard cups.
  • Place cups in pan of hot water.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Serve with whipped cream flavored with cinnamon or almond extract.
