Directions

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
  3. Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken until no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer chicken to serving platter and cover to keep warm.
  6. Prepare sauce as follows just before serving.
  7. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  8. Add garlic, cook and stir for one minute.
  9. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a gentle boil.
  10. Remove from heat and pour over chicken.
