  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine ham with crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, cheese, Worcestershire, 1 tsp mustard, sage and pepper. Shape into 6 patties.
  • Place in shallow baking dish; bake 30 minutes.
  • Combine preserves, vinegar and remaining mustard; brush on patties.
  • Bake 10 more minutes.

  1. This was really good a great hit with my DH. Just a word of caution, I used a particularly salty Bleu D'Auvergne which overpowered the ham a little - my fault not the recipe, would advise you to taste the blue cheese so you know what you are dealing with. Will definately make this again. Thanks

I love food and cooking and find that I all too often don't have as much time to spend in the kitchen as I'd like. I long for a new updated kitchen with a functional pantry that will allow me to actually spend productive time in the kitchen rather than spend it forever rooting around in cupboards to find some lost important ingredient. I love to surf the 'net to look for new recipes and food ideas and lunch hours at my day job (crop diagnostician) are often used for just that. Other than kitchen stuff my hobbies are gardening, quilting and reading.
