Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 medium carrots, sliced
  • 12 cup dried apricot, sliced
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 12 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 18 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Place 1" water in a large saucepan; add carrots. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover & simmer for 9-11 min until crisp-tender. Drain & set aside.
  2. In the same pan, combine the remaining ingredients; cook & stir until slightly thickened. Return carrots to the pan; stir until glazed & heated through.
