Ingredients Nutrition

  • Ham Loaf
  • 1 12-2 lbs ground pork (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher) or 1 12-2 lbs ham (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher)
  • 1 12-2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 34 cup milk
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 13 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup water

Directions

  1. Loaf: Mix all ingredients and shape into 12 balls. Place in a 9 x 13" pan.
  2. Glaze: Combine all ingredients and pour over ham balls.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
