  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add bell pepper strips, saute 3 minutes.
  • Add half of minced garlic, saute one minute.
  • Remove from heat, set aside.
  • Place remaining half of garlic, mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients in a food processor; process until finely chopped.
  • Place pizza crust on a baking stone.
  • Spread artichoke mixture over pizza crust; top with bell pepper mixture.
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese and thyme.
  • Bake at 450°F for 14 minutes or until crust is crisp.
