Directions

  1. Mash 2 cans drained artichoke hearts.
  2. Put olive oil into frying pan.
  3. Saute cloves.
  4. Add mashed artichokes and eggs.
  5. Saute and stir about 5 minutes.
  6. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in bowl.
  7. Remove mix from heat, roll into balls, roll in bread crumb and cheese mixture.
