Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip W/ Toasted Bread Squares

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Place a sheet of foil on oven rack.
  • In a small, round baking dish combine the cream cheese and artichoke hearts with a spoon. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic salt & pepper until well combined. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Set aside.
  • Cut the 3 slices of bread into quarters. Drizzle each quarter with olive oil. Sparingly sprinkle a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper onto each quarter.
  • Place baking dish in oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  • Place bread quarters directly on foil and heat with baking dish for approximately 5-8 minutes.
  • Turn on broiler and broil until dip is browning and bread is toasty.
  • Enjoy!
