Artichoke Dip

"This recipe came from someone who gave a Pampered Chef party at a friend's house. Many of us have these four ingredients on hand. It's so good, even my neighbor's cat loves it."

  1. MMM! Very good...Artichoke Dip is a classic to me! I have had it so many different times and different ways. This was a keeper! Thanks! (I used regular mayo instead of light)

  2. This was an excellent dip, TigerJo. Very easy to make and I served it with different crackers. Can't go wrong with a Pampered Chef recipe. Thanks for sharing it. We snacked on this dip while watching MNF. Yummy!!

  3. This is the exact recipe I use, except I just chop up the drained artichoke hearts, and then stir it all together. So easy, soooo good.

  4. Well, although I myself am not a lover of artichokes, I made this for some guests to snack on while I was tending to dinner, and I must say that they LOVED it! Very easy to prepare and not alot of time or effort needed to present this tasty dip. Will no doubt use this dip again for some more gatherings as it seemed to be well recieved by all who tried it! Thanks for a great addition to my dip collection. :)

  5. Made this dip for a family gathering. I used Hellmans Ultra Low Fat Mayo and light Parmesan cheese....tasted wonderful and no one new they were eating a low fat dip! I had to bake it for the full 20 minutes. Served it with Marie's Failproof French Bread (#81211), which was a huge hit! Thanks for a great recipe!
